£30,000 to £50,000

The Residential Conveyancing team embodies this ethos by supporting clients through one of life’s most significant moments – buying or selling a home. From instruction through to completion and beyond, the team provides clear advice, excellent service, and reassurance throughout the process.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Conveyancer to join a highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team. The successful candidate will:
* Handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Manage transactions from inception through to completion.
* Deliver clear and practical advice to clients, ensuring excellent client care throughout.
* Work with the support of a state-of-the-art case management system, as well as dedicated new business and post-completion teams.
* Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the department through strong teamwork and client service.
You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience as a fee earner, managing their own residential conveyancing caseload.
* Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and compliance requirements.
* Excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a busy environment.
* Enthusiasm for business development and building strong client relationships.
