We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team in Bulford, Wiltshire. This is an office based role, ideal for someone looking for part time hours - 9am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Raise purchase orders and invoices
* Maintain and update purchase order records
* Resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers
* Track orders and ensure timely delivery
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in an administrator role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
