Main responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare and distribute agendas, and take accurate minutes
* Manage calendars and diary commitments for the Strategic Lead and Practice Educator
* Arrange travel and logistics for the Practice Educator
* Format reports and documents in line with company branding
* Maintain and organise digital filing systems, particularly on Microsoft Teams
* Post updates on internal communication platforms to highlight achievements and foster engagement
* Liaise with internal departments to gather and compile key contractual information
* Support the preparation of contract-related documentation and final drafts
* Maintain and update contract trackers to ensure current and accurate records
* Maintain up-to-date reporting dashboards and performance logs
* Prepare key data and reports ahead of meetings, highlighting areas of concern or non-compliance to the Strategic Lead
* Assist in tracking business unit KPIs and performance indicators

Requirements
Essential
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel to services may be required)
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
Desirable
* Experience supporting senior leaders and coordinating with internal teams
