We are seeking a strong HLTA to join a weing primary school in BD5. This role has been created to provide additional in-class support for Year 6 pupils, helping them achieve their best in the run-up to SATs and beyond.
About the Role:
1. Support Year 6 pupils with targeted interventions and small group work.
2. Cover classes in the afternoon when the class teacher delivers focused work with individuals or small groups.
3. Work closely with teaching staff to ensure continuity and high-quality learning experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
4. Level 4 TA qualification or equivalent.
5. Experience as a HLTA in a primary setting.
6. Familiarity with Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation.
7. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils effectively.
8. Flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
