Overview
We're looking for a Front of House & Workplace Experience Manager/Facilities Manager to join our McLaren Building team based in Birmingham. This role is the welcoming face of our workplace, creating a professional and engaging environment for colleagues, clients and visitors. You will support office operations, meetings, events, and engagement activities.
Location
McLaren Building, Birmingham. Hours: 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Act as the friendly professional host of the office, welcoming colleagues, clients and visitors.
* Set up and manage meeting rooms to ensure they are prepared for meetings and events.
* Coordinate catering services and support internal and external events from planning to completion.
* Take ownership of workplace communications, ensuring information is current, clear and professionally presented.
* Organise office social activities and engagement initiatives that help colleagues feel connected and valued.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in front-of-house, concierge or workplace experience role within a corporate environment.
* Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior colleagues.
* Proactive and organised, anticipating needs and finding solutions before issues arise.
* Experience supporting workplace events, social activities or colleague engagement initiatives.
* Excellent communication skills and understanding of clear, professional messaging in shared spaces.
