Role Summary
We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional to manage the full order-to-delivery process in a fast-paced, international B2B environment. This role works closely with customers and the sales team and plays a critical part in delivering outstanding service while coordinating with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams.
Based in Swindon, at our distribution centre, regular travel to London is required. (approximately 1 day a month)
What you'll do
* Process and manage all customer and distributor orders accurately and on time
* Maintain customer data and pricing within ERP/CRM systems
* Issue order confirmations and provide regular order and delivery updates
* Manage end-to-end wholesale distribution, including shipping schedules, customs, and duties
* Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to optimise deliveries and costs
* Oversee invoicing and follow up on outstanding accounts
* Provide pre- and post-sales support for wholesale and B2B customers
* Prepare weekly sales and shipping reports and support the sales team as required
What you'll bring
* 5+ years’ experience in Sales Administration, Operations, or International Logistics (B2B preferred)
* Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs, and documentation
* Experience using ERP/CRM systems; and Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
* Superior customer service ethic
* Strong written and verbal communication
