Join Voyage Care as a Support Worker
We are looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers passionate about enhancing the quality of life for the people we support. In this role, you'll help individuals gain independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a wonderful group of people.
Our residential service in Conisbrough offers a welcoming environment where no two days are the same. You will enhance lives by teaching new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising, and engaging in activities like visiting local bars, playing video games, watching films, or going to the cinema.
This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to achieve their goals, whether it's cooking dinner or going on holiday.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold a full UK driving license
* Be resilient, flexible, and composed
* Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including those with behavioural challenges, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, or trauma
