Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Stevenage, looking after accounts and hotels in part of the midlands and south. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations across multiple hotels within the Fairview Hotel Collection. Key duties include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, creating promotional materials, conducting market research, and coordinating with hotel managers to drive revenue growth. The role involves significant client interactions and requires maintaining up-to-date records of sales activities.
Qualifications
* Sales strategy development, execution, and account management skills
* Experience in business development and identifying new business opportunities
* Skills in market research and promotional material creation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer relationship management abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is essentia
* Must hold a valid UK drivers licence
* Must be legally entitled to work in the UK
