Silver Cloud Care NI is currently recruiting for Carer/Companion for our client in Ballyclare. Evening and weekend hours available.The ideal candidate will be empathetic, caring, compassionate with a desire to care and support vulnerable adults in their own home.Being a Carer to someone is not just any job. As a Silver Carer you provide a selfless and much needed service. We pay £14 per hour plus Mileage. Minimum Call Time 1 hour.
Responsibilities
* Ensure physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Support independence with dignity and respect.
* Assisting with dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility support.
* Meal preparation.
* Provide much needed company and and engaging conversation.
* Light household duties.
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Driver with access to own car
* Previous experience working as a Care Assistant (not essential as full training will be provided)
Further Information
