Key responsibilities
* Host – you’ll be the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of what great looks like. You’ll understand what your customers need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them
* Store standards – ensure cash reconciliations, handle customer queries, maintain audit compliance and stock management
* Part of the team – work with a team that takes pride in the store, collaborates, and enjoys the experience
Required Skills & Experience
* An experienced supervisor or duty manager who is used to managing a small team in a fast-paced environment
* Great at delivering outstanding customer service and translating that into sales
* Inquisitive, always looking to improve
* Passionate about the business
* Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hard-working
