Our Quantitative Analyst (QA) – Credit Flow team is seeking a talented individual to join a high-impact group working at the intersection of trading and technology. You will be part of a dynamic team within the Credit Trading business, collaborating directly with traders to develop tools, conduct analysis, and enhance infrastructure. This role focuses on liquid, traditional credit trading products, providing exposure to real trading desk challenges.
Essential Skills:
* Strong programming skills, especially in Python.
* Ability to work closely with traders, solve business problems, and own solutions end-to-end.
* Interest in financial mathematics, preferably with financial services experience.
* Pragmatic approach, willing to work in Excel and legacy environments initially.
Desirable Skills:
* Understanding of object-oriented design and scalable code development.
* Experience in financial markets or trading environments.
* Interest in building complete tools, not just backend models.
* Experience with .NET (C#), Excel, VBA.
This role is based in London.
