The Role: Primary Resource Base Lead You will be responsible for leading a small, nurturing class of primary-aged pupils (EYFS-KS2) who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Social Communication needs. The Resource Base serves as a "hub" of expertise. You will create a structured environment that allows pupils to access a specialist curriculum while supporting their successful inclusion into mainstream classes where appropriate. You will be supported by a dedicated team of specialist Teaching Assistants.
