We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their busy team based in Skelmersdale. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey. Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, web and in person
Providing accurate information regarding products and services
Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
Working closely with internal departments to support client needs
Meeting individual and team-based service targets
Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment
Good IT skills, including experience with CRM systems
Competitive salary starting at £24,000+, depending on experience
Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends
