As a Night Services Coordinator,you'llplay a key part in supporting customers who may have complex needs, ensuring they feel safe, listened to and supported throughout the evening.You'llwork as part of our Supported Housing team to provide a consistent,high-qualityhousing management and support service.
Your evenings will involve regular walkabouts to make sure the building is safe and secure,monitoringCCTV and responding calmly and professionally to any incidents that may arise, including safeguarding concerns, tenancy issues, antisocialbehaviouror mental health crises.You'llcomplete routine cleaning in line with the rota, carry out scheduled health and safetychecksand ensure any repairs or maintenance issues are reported promptly.
Clear,accuratecommunication is essential in this role.You'llkeep daily administration up to date, including handover notes, supportplansand digital communication systems, ensuring colleagues have full visibility of what has taken place overnight.You'llalso be a friendly and reliable point of contact for customers and stakeholders, helping tomaintainan environment that feels safe,supportiveandwell managed.

This role is on a2 weekrota of 12 hour waking nights from 8pm 8:30 am.
It is essential you meet the following criteria:
* Experience with safeguarding.
* Have worked with vulnerable customers.
* Comfortable with lone working.
* Access to your own car/ valid driving license due to travel between schemes.
