We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive SEN school in Horncastle. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children who require additional support with both their learning and daily routines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with special educational needs across a range of ages and abilities
Assisting with classroom activities and learning plans under the guidance of the teacher
Providing personal care and feeding assistance when required
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
About You:
Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is desirable
A patient, resilient, and caring nature
Willingness to support with personal care needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
This role offers a starting daily rate of £90, with opportunities for progression based on experience and performance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
