Your role

Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential
:
Ensure the smooth running of the service and promote it effectively
:
Work closely with colleagues and customers to deliver high:quality, intensive support
:
Manage and develop a team of Project Workers, including recruitment, training and rota planning
:
Oversee risk assessments and personalised support plans to maintain quality
:
Liaise with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes, focusing on tenancy sustainment and move:on goals
:
Promote safe working practices and complete health and safety checks
(This role is sometimes also referred to as Senior Support Worker or Senior Support Assistant).
Your skills

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this
:
Experience supporting people who have experienced homelessness
:
Knowledge of housing management, including rents, tenancies and health and safety
:
Understanding of occupancy agreements
:
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
:
Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
