Prime Life is seeking a talented and passionate individual to lead and manage our impressive Residential Care Home in the heart of Norfolk. This role requires registration with CQC.
This role will be based at Brackendale House, a 14-bed all single-room residential care home for clients with mental health needs that require dignified support from our caring team. Candidates must be patient, understanding, and respectful of our residents' individual abilities.

Responsibilities of our Home Manager include:
* Leading, managing, and supporting your team to ensure high-quality care and service for all residents
* Regular review and assessment of care plans, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents’ care
* Overseeing all financial aspects within the home, including budget management
* Ensuring residents' dignity and independence are preserved and promoted
* Encouraging residents to achieve the highest quality of life suitable for them
* Supporting residents in participating in discussions about their daily living arrangements
What we’re looking for in our Home Manager:
You should have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference. Prior experience in a similar role is essential, along with a relevant Health and Social Care qualification, ideally at Management Level 5. Experience liaising with Local Authorities, CQC, and other external agencies is highly desirable.
