The position.
We are recruiting for a full-timeCoordinator to support the implementation and ongoing management of the Companys Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards. Reporting to theComplianceDirector, this role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Youwill have proven experience in planning, defining, and documenting business processes, as well as conducting internal and external audits, ideally within an engineering or technical environment. You will also bring extensive experience in managing relationships with external auditors and governing bodies, taking a lead role inmaintainingcertification to international and other recognised standards.
The role and responsibilities.
Theresponsibilities shall include, but shall not be limited to the following:?
* Assistwith the implementation, management, and continual improvement of an IMS that is fit for purpose, fully compliant, and certified to the following standards:
* ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
* ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
* ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management)
* Plan, schedule, and oversee the annual audit programme, monitoring and reviewing projects to ensure compliance and manage business risk across AKT IIs wider operations, using established audit checklists
* Maintain external certifications and lead relationships with certification bodies and other relevant external organisations
Required skills.
* Strong computer skills, includingproficiencyin Microsoft Office and SharePoint
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Proven organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Typingproficiencyand data entry experience
Qualifications and experience.
* Prior office experience is highly desirable
* Administrative experience with a focus on business processes
