Finance Administration Assistant, £12ph, Temporary Role, Harrogate
Are you looking for some short-term work in an accounts team? Do you have accounts or administration experience?
Due to a backlog in work our client is looking for 2 Finance Assistants for a period of at least 8 weeks to support the accounts team to undertake and prioritise tasks to aid the smooth running of the department.
Skills Required:
* Must have either accounts or administration experience.
* Excellent computer skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Team Player
* Experience of Dynamic 365 advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with Finance Team across 2 offices
* New applicant/customer set up.
* Prepare and issue reports weekly.
* Answering telephone and dealing with queries
* Taking card payments
* Be a contact for accounts payable/receivable.
* Fee journal creation
* Invoice creation - individual and batch invoicing
* Process contracted assessor’s invoice claims
* General invoice/credit control balance checks.
* Payment reporting queries.
