Part-Time Customer Service Responsibilities:
* Regularly liaise with business customers to resolve queries, aiming to provide a one-call resolution
* Build relationships with customers and foster close-knit relationships that enable you to deliver exceptional service
* Liaise with customers over the phone and via email to process orders, working together to ensure the products are in line with their requirements and timescales
* Offer support across the wider customer service team when necessary
* Record all customer contact through the system
Part-Time Customer Service Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience gained in a similar customer service role, with a history of delivering excellent customer service
* Solutions-focused with plenty of initiative, always looking at ways to make improvements and confident in resolving issues
* Strong communicator, able to provide information clearly and concisely and understands the importance of listening
* A team player, happy to help where needed and undertake ad-hoc tasks
* Good administration skills with the ability to record information through CRM systems
* Possesses a minimum of 4 GCSEs, including Maths and English
