The Role:
A national managing agent is recruiting a Regional FM to manage a mixed corporate/commercial and co-working portfolio across Lincolnshire and West Yorkshire (30 sites).
Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across a multi-site commercial portfolio.
*
Manage hard & soft services, PPM, compliance, and contractor performance.
*
Conduct regular site inspections and H&S audits.
*
Manage budgets, SLAs, KPIs, and service-charge elements where required.
*
Maintain strong client and occupier relationships.
Ideal Candidate:

Strong multi-site FM experience.
*
Exposure to corporate or commercial environments.
*
Driven, organised, and capable of managing a fast-paced portfolio.
