What you'll do
As a Regional Relationship Manager, you’ll harness your passion for exceptional customer service to champion the business ambitions and financial needs of a portfolio of SME business banking customers.
To truly understand your customers and deliver the right outcomes for them, you’ll nurture positive relationships built on strong foundations of trust and respect. And through our omni-channel contact model, you’ll maintain regular contact and provide outstanding support and advice in a way that’s convenient for them – primarily in face-to-face meetings, over the phone, on a video call or via email, but also through our digital channels too.
Day To Day, You’ll Be
Proactively collaborating with our SME business to identify improvements Completing risk assessments to deliver informed credit decisions Preparing accurate reports to support credit applications Adopting and sharing best practise to achieve KPIs, including financial and non-financial metrics Undertaking analysis, research and practical support to enhance our service proposition Studying towards your certificate in Lending Skills
