Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming and well-established nursery in Henley-on-Thames who are looking to recruit a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s social, emotional and educational growth
Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Monitor and record children’s progress and development
Support the wider nursery team in creating a positive and inclusive environment
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
