Job Description:
You’ll be the go-to person for WMS support, troubleshooting issues, improving processes, and supporting projects – all while keeping business needs front and centre.
What You'll be doing
* Providing 1st and 2nd line support for our JDA Dispatcher system
* Running ad-hoc reports using Oracle PL-SQL
* Supporting the Stock Control team and ensuring SOPs are followed and issues resolved
* Assisting our Junior WMS Analyst with suspense management
* Helping Stock Control with claims, returns, unpicks, and picking issues
* Supporting Customer Operations by managing orders within the WMS
* Assisting the WMS Manager with various project development tasks
* Managing stock adjustments, returns, unpicks and BITS
* Monitoring warehouse tasks and performance
* Running and distributing reports, analysing data where needed
* Tracking KPIs and sharing insights
* Working with the WMS Manager on solution design and system improvements
What we're looking for
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
* Ability to problem-solve, prioritise, and deliver under pressure without compromising quality
* Confident using MS Office (especially Excel), with experience in JDA and Oracle PL-SQL preferred
* Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of operational business drivers
* Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, building strong cross-functional relationships
