We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Support & Order Processing Coordinator to join our well-established manufacturing and distribution business in Leeds. You will play a key role in supporting customers, responding to enquiries, processing orders, and assisting our external sales team to ensure excellent service and smooth operations. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a technical product environment, likes solving customer problems, and thrives in a modern, fast-paced and friendly team setting. What Youll Be Doing Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by phone and email. Processing incoming orders accurately and efficiently. Chasing up quotes and following up with customers to support external salespeople. Providing product information and guiding customers through available solutions. Working closely with production, logistics and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintaining clear records, updating CRM and order management systems. Building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams. About You Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Experience in order processing, customer service, internal sales, or a similar office-based role. Comfortable working with technical products (electrical or mechanical industry experience is an advantage but not essential). Good IT skills, ideally including CRM or ERP systems experience (training provided). A proactive problem-solver who enjoys supporting both customers and colleagues.
