We're Hiring: Client Relationship Manager (Remote, Part-Time) Remote | Flexible | UK hours preferred 15–25 hours/week Enviary is a boutique email and retention marketing agency helping eCommerce brands turn browsers into loyal buyers. We’re growing—and looking for people-first pros who know how to manage client expectations, build great relationships, and bring clarity between clients and creative teams. What You’ll Do: Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients Translate client needs into clear actions for internal teams (design, copy, strategy) Lead regular check-ins, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction Track performance, flag bottlenecks, and proactively offer solutions Own timelines, ensure deliverables stay on track and aligned with expectations You’ll Thrive If You Have: 3-5 years of client-facing experience (agency or eComm brand = bonus!)
