About the Role As Offshore Methods Lead, you will report to the Installation Methods Manager and play a key role on the BP NEP Project, supporting major Carbon Capture and Net Zero objectives. You will coordinate the methods engineering team, manage workloads, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and technically robust offshore installation methodologies. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer the methods engineering work programme to ensure delivery in line with project plans, design, and specifications. Oversee the interpretation, implementation, and continual improvement of design solutions. Supervise the document and records management process through designated staff. Monitor and coordinate project progress, reviewing technical procedures, calculations, and reports prepared by engineers. Ensure that deliverables, equipment, facilities, and services comply with required technical and contractual standards.
