Not only do they excel in storytelling and brand expression through art, but they also demonstrate a commitment to supporting the arts on both a global and local scale.The RoleThe business is looking for a seasoned, confident, and diligent project manager with experience working in the creative space. You will be working with some of the biggest global brands and manage some very cool projects across Europe. In this role, you will act as a direct point of contact for clients, deliver projects within the agreed budget and timeline, work closely with the MD and Project Managers, source materials, and oversee installations on-site.Responsibilities: Serve as primary client liaison from project inception to post-sales supportEnsure project completion within agreed-upon budgets and deadlinesPrepare comprehensive costing documents, including estimates, quotes, and final fee agreementsManage multiple projects simultaneously across various budgetsCreate and set budgets for projects Negotiate prices with suppliers and maintain ongoing communication with Managing Director and Projects Director regarding budget-related mattersKeep project team informed of key deliverables and progress updatesCollaborate with Projects Director to allocate design resources effectivelyProvide guidance to Creatives on project execution, including materiality and techniquesSource materials, products, and props as needed for projectsCoordinate site visits and communicate relevant information internallyOversee on-site installationsAct as primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and collaboratorsWhat we need to see (required): Experience working for a creative design business2-4 years of Project Manager experienceExcellent communication and organizationAn education in the design fieldWhat we’d like to see (preferred): Experience working in an art manufacturing and design businessKnowledge of InDesign and CAD softwareExperience working with budgets over £200,000Location: London (Hybrid)Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + benefitsStart Date: ASAPAt Harmonic, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
