Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver real value to our clients.
The work is interesting, varied, and high-profile. In a complex economic climate, clients and Regulators focus more on risk and regulatory issues.
You can expect to work in the following areas:
Modelling and Model Risk Management: Model Risk involves managing adverse outcomes from errors in financial models. You will work with clients on model development, validation, governance, and learn coding languages supporting climate risk and credit risk modelling.
Financial Risk and Resilience: Support clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks with services like assurance, deal support, and optimization.
Wholesale: Assist wholesale clients with challenges such as conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
Retail: Focus on retail clients, involving conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS. Clients vary from global asset managers to insurance and banking sectors.
Growth Opportunities: The three-year programme helps you build experience and expertise in Risk management, supporting your professional development and FRM certification.
Team Environment: Work across teams advising on regulatory compliance and sustainability integration in Risk management, making a positive impact.
If you are curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive with us.
