Job Description:
The Senior Director of RD&E for Bioprocessing is responsible for leading a global RD&E organization and product portfolio for the Life Sciences Sector of Ecolab. This role involves interacting with marketing, sales, customers, and industry experts to identify and execute innovative product concepts while maintaining current lines. The position provides leadership on technology advancements, new product opportunities, and operational improvements, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and leveraging global resources to maximize ROI. Reports to the VP of RD&E for Global Life Sciences.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field, with over 10 years of experience.
* At least 5 years in product development and leading high-performing teams.
* Management experience leading global teams.
* Experience in pharmaceutical market product development.
* Travel requirement: 20% in Wales, UK; 50% in King of Prussia, PA.
Preferred Qualifications:
* MS or PhD in a related discipline.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Proven innovation and technology development record.
* Ability to develop an inclusive environment and make sound decisions.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary: $152,100 - $228,100, with bonuses and incentives. Benefits are comprehensive and market-competitive.
