We are looking for a new "super food hero" to prep and attend our farmers markets across the Scottish Central Belt.
Coeur Sauvage Ltd is investing in its local outreach, reaching out to health minded local communities with a diversity of highly nutritional ingredients, as well as reaching out to local chefs looking for inspirations with our weird & fantastic, and wild & Foraged ingredients.
We are looking for a new super hero to help us with our Farmers Market Initiatives, here in Scotland.
Responsibilities
* At the beginning you will work with our Farmers Market Manager, to learn the ropes and grow your confidence. In due course, we would like you to be able to work on our farmers markets on your own initiatives.
* Responsibilities include Farmers Markets preparation, set up of stands, talking to people and organisers as well as cash handling operations.
* We anticipate a two to three working days per week with Fridays allocated for the markets preps and Saturdays and Sundays allocated for the delivery of our Farmers Markets activities. Our geographical operations for our Farmers Markets activities shall be the Scottish Central Belt, mostly in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Qualifications
* There is no NVQ or BSc in Farmers Markets or in foraging. Let's be real here!! If you like healthy food and have an interest in wild and foraged ingredients, if you like talking to people and if you have fantastic personal integrity... then, GREAT!!! We want to talk to you.
* Salary is living wage.
