Outbound Customer Sales Advisor

Salary: circa £50,000 (base + uncapped commission)
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9am – 8pm, and Weekends 9am – 5pm, on a rotational shift pattern.

Responsibilities
* Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers
* Engage with customers to identify their needs and pitch GoFibre’s packages
* Handle objections and confidently close sales
* Meet and exceed sales targets with a driven mindset
* Keep accurate records of calls and follow up on leads
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
* A confident and persuasive communicator
* Resilience, self‑motivation, and a target‑driven mindset
* Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
* A positive attitude and a competitive edge
