As an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist within Akkodis, your role will be integral to our growth strategy. Initially, you will focus on sourcing CVs and conducting initial qualification calls with candidates. During your induction phase, you will be fully supported by your coaches and manager to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities. You will also have access to our e-academy platform for comprehensive training. As you progress, your role will expand, and you will be able to take on additional responsibilities in the recruitment cycle, aligning with our culture and standards.
Responsibilities
* Understanding Candidate Profiles: Learn and understand the profiles of engineers and IT consultants that meet our clients' requirements, with guidance from senior team members.
* Sourcing and Initial Qualification: Focus on sourcing CVs and conducting initial qualification calls to assess candidate suitability for current open positions.
* Supporting the Recruitment Process: Act as an initial point of contact for candidates during the early stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
* Network Building: Begin building your professional network within the UK, supported by your coaches and team.
* Collaboration with Business Managers: Assist in providing basic updates to business managers on candidate sourcing activities, while focusing on learning how to support their business units effectively.
* Job Ad Management: Assist in the management of applications received, under the supervision of your manager.
* Reporting: Assist in gathering basic data and simple KPI metrics for weekly and monthly recruiting reports, providing these to your coach for further analysis and review.
* Process Improvement: Participate in team discussions and provide feedback to help optimise our recruitment processes, as you gain more experience.

Required experience
* Preferred applications: recent graduate from a business-related or engineering-related course at a recognised university. This academic background should align with the sectors Akkodis covers, such as engineering, consulting, or technology.
