Join one of the UK’s leading engineering consultancies as a Utility Surveyor, supporting a wide range of infrastructure, highways, rail, and urban development projects as part of an established in-house team. Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake PAS 128-compliant utility surveys using EML and GPR techniques
* Accurately locate and map underground utilities and services
* Produce clear and accurate utility drawings using CAD and GIS platforms
* Liaise with engineers, designers, and project managers to integrate utility data into wider project scopes
* Carry out site visits across various UK locations, often working as part of a small site team
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and internal quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in utility surveying, ideally with exposure to both EML and GPR methods
* Familiarity with PAS 128 specifications and best practices
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with N4CE, MicroStation, or GIS platforms is beneficial)
* Ability to interpret utility records, traffic management constraints, and environmental limitations
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
