The Role
As a Newly Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, you will take responsibility for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, with the guidance and support of experienced senior lawyers. You will handle a wide range of matters including freehold, leasehold, and Building Safety Act (BSA)-related transactions.

Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE) with experience in residential conveyancing.
* Strong exposure to leasehold work is essential.
* Experience with BSA-related transactions is advantageous.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
