Role Summary
As our Content + Brand Manager, you’ll lead ARIA’s digital content and brand presence, working closely with the Communications + Engagement team to strengthen ARIA’s reputation and grow awareness of our work. We’re looking for someone passionate about ARIA’s mission who can deliver impactful brand stories across our core platforms from an early‑stage perspective.
What you’ll do
 * Support the creation and execution of ARIA’s content strategy by developing and implementing an overarching content framework aligned with our mission and strategic objectives.
 * Partner with teams across ARIA to ideate, produce, and commission innovative storytelling approaches, creating compelling stories, narratives, and formats across owned channels (social media, website, newsletters) for programmatic activities and organizational initiatives.
 * Manage the development of key communications materials, presentations, and print/digital collateral, ensuring all content is on‑brand and consistent with messaging guidelines.
 * Oversee day‑to‑day management and proactive development of ARIA’s website, keeping content fresh, engaging, and aligned with broader communication efforts in collaboration with technical colleagues and agency partners.
 * Serve as ARIA’s brand guardian, ensuring all communications materials consistently reflect brand guidelines and maintain core brand assets for teams across the organization.
 * Manage freelance support to deliver on branding and content development needs.
 * Assist in the planning and execution of high‑profile ARIA events, driving event‑content development and branding.
 * Manage and grow ARIA’s social media channels, supporting strategic moments through content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis to refine strategies and drive audience engagement.
Who you are
 * Substantial experience in digital communications at an agency or in‑house, across any sector.
 * Creative thinker and problem solver who challenges how things are done.
 * Very strong administrative/project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
 * Experience in creating and overseeing engaging visual and written content for social media platforms, both commissioning/editing and executing.
 * Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new channels and tools.
 * Eye for design; familiarity with Canva or InDesign is a plus.
 * Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment and is excited to build an iconic brand and community.
 * Passionate about advancing breakthrough science and motivated by the opportunity to drive ARIA’s brand impact.
