Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Grow seed, fertilizer, and crop protection sales through prospecting, account management, and territory planning
* Acquire new customers and expand business with existing grower accounts
* Promote and maximize participation in Hensall Co-op programs, promotions, and bundled offerings
* Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects to identify needs and opportunities
* Provide agronomic advice and crop solutions through on‑farm visits, meetings, and digital communication
* Utilize CRM platform, ERP systems, and field trace 2.0 for customer management, compliance, and reporting
* Collaborate with Operations Management, Agronomy, and Customer Service teams
* Support and participate in grower meetings, training sessions, and local events
* Ensure accurate administration of sales agreements and records
* Assist with location operations during peak periods as required
* Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of agronomy, crop inputs, and local market conditions
* Proven sales and customer relationship management skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
Required Qualifications:
* Post‑Secondary degree/diploma in Agriculture or related field preferred
* Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation or willingness to obtain
* Previous experience in sales related role, agriculture industry preferred
