Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements: Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field 10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles 5 years in a senior leadership or people management role Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and analytics platforms Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders with data-driven insights Strong business acumen and ability to translate analytics into commercial impact Experience building analytics functions from the ground up (preferred) Knowledge of advanced analytics, data science, and AI/ML concepts (preferred) Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) (preferred) Strong storytelling and data visualization skills (preferred) Excellent communication, leadership, and change-management capabilities (preferred) Responsibilities: Own and continuously evolve the organizations data and analytics capability Ensure data is actively monitored, interpreted, challenged, and translated into decision-ready insights for senior leadership and the Board Enable the business to reduce claim handling times, improve settlement accuracy, control costs, identify risk and fraud, and enhance customer experience Embed insight-led decisions across all operational and strategic functions Manage a team of 2 Data Analysts and 2 BI Developers Collaborate with various departments to drive analytics initiatives Technologies: AI AWS Azure Business Intelligence Cloud GCP Looker Power BI Tableau Embedded More: We are a dynamic and customer-focused Claims Management company located in Central Liverpool.
