A Day in the Life of a Food & Beverage Operations Manager
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading the F&B team with positivity to create a welcoming service experience.
2. Managing daily shift activities, from setting tables to ensuring smooth order flow and guest satisfaction.
3. Supporting and training team members to deliver excellent service.
4. Handling guest requests and resolving issues promptly.
5. Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient operations.
6. Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management.
7. Participating in scheduling and shift planning.
8. Maintaining cleanliness and health & safety standards.
