Job Title: SEN Teacher

£120 - £180+ Per day
Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
* Work closely with support staff and parents to create a supportive learning environment
* Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support students in achieving their learning goals
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of relevant SEN curriculum and teaching strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a diverse classroom
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Experience working in a mainstream school with SEN students
Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
