Strategic planning, and, crucially, overseeing specialized provision, EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) compliance, and safeguarding The ideal candidate would: * Supports the headteacher in managing daily operations * Have a passion for supporting staff development * Ensure high standards of pupil safety and well-being * Be able to edvelop a tailored, inclusive curriculum, and tracking student data to improve academic and personal development. * Ensure all students' EHCPs are met, monitoring progress against targets, and liaising with external agencies.
