Job Description:
Assistthe lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and instructional activities.
Provide1-2-1or small-group support to students who needadditionalhelp.
Supervise students during class, transitions, lunch,break time, and other school activities.
Helpmaintaina safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
Prepare learning materials, resources, and classroom displays.
Supportbehaviourmanagementincluding SENstrategies and reinforce classroom rules and expectations.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.

Requirements:
Safeguarding level 1 certificate
Enhanced DBS
Experience with SENpreferred
Classroom management support
Organisation and time management
Adaptability and problem-solving
