Our client, a fast-growing technology company based in Anstey, Leicestershire, is seeking an Internal Account Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small, dedicated team of three, where each member plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth. In this B2B role, the Internal Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, delivering a high standard of service and support. The successful candidate will be involved in: * Providing timely and accurate quotations to customers * Processing customer orders efficiently * Liaising with suppliers to arrange and confirm pricing * Conducting regular update calls with clients * Following up on outstanding quotations * Offering general customer support to maintain strong client relationships The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, have excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate a willingness to learn. Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales is desirable. This is a full-time, office-based position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
