This temporary role offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Chef De Partie, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable culinary journey. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu and standards set by the Head Chef. Assist in the management of kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and organisation of workstations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of meals. Monitor food stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen, adhering to food hygiene regulations. Support the Head Chef in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff. Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements based on guest feedback. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role within a hospitality environment. Culinary qualification or relevant training is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
