Accounts Administrator Edenbridge Part time (temp to perm) £15p/hour DOE Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a local organisation, who are seeking a well-organised and proactive Accounts Administrator to support their small team. This is a part-time opportunity, on a rolling temp to perm basis. The position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, experience in administration, and proven ability to handle basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero. The successful candidate will also play a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and maintaining administrative records. Key Duties: Providing administrative support including diary management and meeting coordination Record and process invoices and expenses using Xero Managing invoices and uploading them to Xero and Hubdoc Reconcile credits and debits across bank accounts Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with reporting requirements Filing and database management Managing events records, ticket applications, and financial donations Handling incoming and outgoing post Coordinating calendars, schedules, and confirming meetings Assisting with budget tracking and generating simple financial reportsEssential skills: Experience using Xero and basic bookkeeping Confident managing payments and invoices Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail Strong work ethicWhat's in it for you:...
