Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.
The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Epping Forest Council area.
This is a temporary to permanent position for a Carpenter with a van & fuel card provided immediately.
Main duties include; -
* Carpenter
* General carpentry repairs
* Fitting and repairing locks
* Kitchen Installations
* Internal & external door installations
* Overhaul repairs to internal & external doors
Social Housing experience, full tools, City and Guilds qualification up to (NVQ level 3) or relevant experience in one trade and others and a UK driving licence is essential for this Carpenter role.
