Job Role: Lettings Coordinator

Term: Permanent, Full-time

Job Purpose:

The Lettings Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the lettings department by ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the tenancy process from start to finish. This includes liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors, managing tenancy paperwork, and ensuring compliance with legal and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for lettings enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
* Arrange and coordinate property viewings with prospective tenants and negotiators.
* Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, referencing, and all associated documentation.
* Ensure all compliance checks (e.g., Right to Rent, EPCs, gas safety certificates) are completed before tenancy commencement.
* Liaise with landlords and tenants throughout the letting process, providing regular updates.
* Update and maintain the lettings portable with accurate property and tenancy information.
* Coordinate move-in and move-out appointments, inventories, and key handovers.
* Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
* Assist with marketing activities including property listings and advertising updates.
* Support the lettings team

Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a lettings or property administration role preferred.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in computer skills and lettings/property software
* (Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance desirable.
* UK driving licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
