We are looking for a passionate UX Researcher to join a leading global tech company, renowned for driving innovation and shaping the future of digital communication. This is a remote role based in the UK.
What you’ll do:
* Design and conduct end-to-end primary research using a mix of methods (e.g., in-depth interviews, focus groups, usability testing, concept testing).
* Analyse data using statistical methods such as regressions, ANOVA, and T-tests with tools like R, SQL, STATA, or SPSS.
* Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights to influence product and business decisions.
* Develop and deliver research roadmaps supporting product strategy and go-to-market planning.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists.
* Champion user-centricity across the organisation.
What we’re looking for:
* +5 years of experience as a UX Researcher
* +3 years of experience conducting primary research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
* Strong experience coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent.
* Skilled at applying statistical analysis methods and executing primary research hands-on.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and actively seek feedback.
* Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex findings into compelling narratives.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to high-quality, rigorous research.
