Department: Acquisition Assessment Salary: Up to £33,000 FTE plus bonus and an annual up to £5000 antisocial hours allowance paid monthly if meeting working requirements Hours: Department operates 7am11pm MondayFriday, 8am8pm weekends (shift patterns apply) Were looking for a motivated, people-focused Digital Team Manager to support our Assessment Team within Acquisition. In this role, youll play a pivotal part in shaping the client journey, leading with purpose, and empowering colleagues to deliver an outstanding digital service. Youll combine strong leadership with a passion for continuous improvementcoaching your team, driving performance, and ensuring high standards are embedded throughout the assessment process. What you'll be doing: Operational Excellence - Ensure the team follows company procedures and maintains high regulatory standards. - Carry out regular spot checks, review admin tasks, and oversee system accuracy. - Complete/review QA assessments and escalate risks promptly. - Monitor completion of reviews such as 1:1s, coaching, and QA follow-ups. Performance & Workload Management - Set clear objectives, manage workloads, and ensure targets are met. - Own the team rota and ensure resource is well-planned across operating hours. - Use MI dashboards to monitor KPIs and take corrective action early. Team Development - Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring using the GROW model. - Use QA feedback, spot checks, and performance data to support ongoing development. Communication & Leadership - Act as the link between advisors and management. - Encourage feedback, escalate operational risks early. - Deliver honest, supportive, and confidential performance feedback. Culture & Team Support - Foster a positive, collaborative environment. - Recognise achievements and motivate the team. - Support wellbeing and manage conflict proactively. Key Skills & Experience - Strong knowledge of debt solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High attention to detail - Confident managing performance and difficult conversations - Empathetic, approachable and objective - Strong understanding of company and HR policies - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Who are PayPlan?
