We are currently seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join our team of cabinet makers and bench joiners, based at our modern and well equipped workshop in Lincoln.
Requirements include:
• Reliable with a good work ethic
• Be able to work alone and as part of a team
• Precious experience in machining, assembling and finishing joinery items
• A sense of pride in the quality of their work
• A good knowledge of materials including timbers, glass and ironmongery
• Good understanding of drawings
• Abide by health and safety within a workshop environment
• Innovative and proactive approach to problem solving
• Be able to conduct site survey and produce cutting lists prior to manufacture
The role is full-time (7.00am – 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 7.00am – 3.30pm on Fridays). Wage will commensurate with experience, skill level and qualifications, plus pension, profit related pay, employee share scheme, training and development opportunities and other benefits.
You will be based at our workshop in North Hykeham and will also be required to deliver and install finished products to sites in Lincolnshire and surrounding counties. A full driving licence would be preferred.
